2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your connected devices comply with local regulations
• Not attempting to interfere with the integrity of our orchestration kernel

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the InCkt platform (including the orchestration kernel, dashboard designs, and widget libraries) are the exclusive property of InCkt and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

InCkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or device downtime.

5. Subscription & Billing

Fees for our paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
